- Fill volume. From small sample bottles to commercial gallon jugs and everything between. If you need a 68 oz. jug because that is what your formulation requires, we build a 68 oz. jug.
- Neck finish and cap compatibility. A 38mm neck finish is common for household products and dairy-style milk jugs, but there are dozens of standard finishes plus custom options. Your cap and jug get designed together so they seal the first time.
- Handle, shape, and grip. Integrated handles for gallon-format milk jug designs. Contoured grips for shampoo and lotion. Stackable profiles for warehousing and shipping efficiency.

Why HDPE does the heavy lifting
HDPE – high-density polyethylene – is the material behind most of the plastic jugs in American kitchens, garages, and warehouses. There is a reason for that, and it is worth understanding if you are picking packaging for a new product.
HDPE is opaque, stiff, and chemically resistant. It handles detergents, cleaners, automotive fluids, and agricultural chemicals without breaking down. It stands up to impact during shipping. It does not crack at normal warehouse temperatures, and it holds its shape on the shelf. Milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles, motor oil containers, shampoo bottles – almost all of them are HDPE, because it is the material that keeps costs down while holding up to real-world handling.
It is also recyclable. HDPE is one of the most widely accepted plastics in curbside recycling programs, which matters more every year as brands get pressed on sustainability commitments. We can run standard HDPE or work with recycled-content blends when that is a requirement of your packaging program.
